Low spurred cordon training system with 5000 vines per hectare.
Chardonnay clone n. 96 R140 rootstock.
Fifty hectoliters are produced per hectare.
The harvest is manual and carried out
generally between the end of August and the first week of September. There collection is done in the early hours of the morning, an operation that allows preserve the aromas of the grapes.
The first selection of the grapes is made directly in the vineyard; follows another strict selection just before the destemming process; after a delicate pressing, the must is poured for two thirds in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, and the last third is left 2/4 Months fermenting in French barriques. Then it follows the blend of the two parts, so that a perfect balance between fruit flavor, acidity and aromatic complexity is reached. Bottling is in April/May.

Deep flavor of exotic fruits with scents of dried fruits. On the palate a nice feeling of freshness and minerality well integrated in a mantle of mature fruits. Surprising the pleasant lightness, showing a delicate but fresh and intense body of an elegant, charming and fine wine.
